Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to all orders, event bookings, bulk orders, and special pre-orders made with Kesar Kunj Sweets.
1. Order Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or advance deposit (if applicable).
- Customers will receive confirmation via call, message, or email.
2. Advance Payment
- Bulk, custom, or event orders may require a non-refundable advance payment.
- Production begins only after the advance is received.
3. Custom & Festive Orders
- Customized sweets, packaging, or event orders must be placed at least 94370 32890 days in advance.
- Changes to confirmed custom orders may not be possible.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Regular orders may be canceled before preparation begins.
- Custom, bulk, or festive orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
- Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
- For pickup orders, items must be collected at the scheduled time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or external courier issues.
6. Product Handling
- As our products are perishable, proper storage instructions must be followed.
- We are not liable for damage due to improper storage after delivery or pickup.
7. Event & Corporate Orders
- Final quantity must be confirmed at least 94370 32890 days before the event.
- Any increase in quantity is subject to availability.
- Full payment must be cleared before delivery for corporate or large-scale bookings.
